Monday is sometimes mediocre.

Hi. It is midnight and I am not even close to sleepy. What is up with that? I guess having three coke zeros tonight could explain that. The day was good. The kids were bearable and school went quickly. After school, I headed to the chiropractor. See I have been having a bit of a knee problem. This bit has prevented me from running for nearly three weeks. It is not my favorite. Well, the doc looked at me walking and knew quickly the reason for my chronic knee pain, I have a horrible foot strike problem. Basically, my foot landing weird causes the knee to move all over the place and my arch has also collapsed over the years. Crazy how just watching me walk could help this guy see my problem. I am glad that it is actually an easy fix: either a brace or orthotics. We will see next week. Oh and how come nobody ever tells you about cash discounts at doctors? This guy isn't covered by my insurance, but with cash it isn't too much more than my copayment. Great news!

Other than that not much today. Here are some pics of yesterday. Everybody got together to speak to Caleb who is serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Brazil. It was cool to talk with him!!

Been a fun time in Logan with Lish. It is going to fast. We hiked today and then went to her bridal shower. Tonight we had dinner with Alisha's fiancé, Casey, and then went to a movie. Fun times.

I am loving the instagram app I have been using to pimp my photos on my iPhone. Here is what I looked like today:


Highlights: riding bike to work, third hour complaining(it made me laugh for some reason), veggie burger at lunch, talking to a kid who got suspended, kids blogging on our BLOG(take a look now because it may be private soon!), drunk goggles in Health class, talking to my seester on the phone right after school, riding my bike on river trail, talking to cows and horses, riding to Payson with Jane, Weight Watchers meeting with Marion, Dickey's BBQ, former student saying: "you look so skinny!", Baskin Robin ice cream in a freshly baked waffle cone(still warm), talking to Jane in the driveway, lakers losing, talking to landlord and his wife, sleeping.

Tuesday Only?

It felt like Friday on multiple occasions today. This may be a long week.




This was taken at lunch. I like DJ Marky Mark and how he spins with glasses. I work with cool peeps.

Worked. Sobbed with the news of one of my favorite Uncles death. Went to temple. Ate Jimmy Johns. Watched Biggest Loser. Sobbed more. Read about the Resurrection in the New Testament of the Bible. Was comforted. Now off to sleep.

Here is what I would say to Uncle Tom if I had one last moment with him:
Tom-Thank you for being one of the nicest people I know. You would do anything for me and for anybody. I strive to be as kind and generous as you are. You also were not afraid to be honest with your love to people. I loved how you would hug and kiss me everytime we said hello and goodbye and how you made me feel special everytime I was around you. I want to be this honest in life and love as well. I love you Tom. Rest in peace and see you someday on the other side!
