My house is 60 degrees. This makes me very happy inside. I slept so well last night with the cooler weather. I love Fall; it makes me happy. Too bad it has to be followed by winter!
Today was good. Went fast...that is always good!
What else?
I went grocery shopping and watched Chuck. Thrill of the day!
I hope you had a great Monday. I don't have much else.

To Be or Not To Be?
Even though The Packers have lost the past three games, I am still a fan. Even though Brett Farve has been doing very well with the Jets and even had 6 touchdown passes in one game(a personal record), I do not like him. I am one of those fans that thinks he is an idiot and made a whole lot of drama injuring his image and The Packers. So when asked: To be or not to be a Packer fan? The answer is: TO BE! How many seasons in my life have The Packers had a losing season? More than I can remember them having winning seasons, actually. I have stuck around for 31 years, I think I can make it another season!
Well, enough about The Packers. I don't know what else to write about. I guess I will give you a run down of the weekend. Friday, I went to burger Friday with friends from work. Yummy Red Robin. Then I went for a Gallery Stroll of downtown Provo with some friends. The highlight wasn't so much the art as it was the random grills for roasting marshmallows. We had a fun time roasting and playing with fire. I then went to my friend Christine's house and had a sleep over with her and her five year old, Aiden. We slept in a tent in their front room. I really didn't sleep much with five year old foot in my back but it was a good adventure. We had pancakes for breakfast and then I went home to watch General Conference for church. It was good but I was pretty much sleepy and didn't' get a whole lot out of it. Good thing they publish the talks in a week online. Check it out at lds.org.
I headed up to Sandy last night and have been hanging out with the Bills since. We watched Ironman last night and got Astro Burger for dinner. Then we just hung out today and watched the Sunday parts of General Conference. I was a bit more awake today even though I was woken up several times last night by Sarah's miniature donkeys that were in the back yard. She bought them yesterday and took them home today. They are cute and we came up with lots of fun names for them. One could be Jack the other Whoop. Funny. We had lots but I probably shouldn't write them all and corrupt all of you. Right now we are watching Stranger Than Fiction, a wonderful movie. If you have not seen it, you should. I love Will Farrell. He is amazing. I don't want to think about going back home and the weekend being over. It goes to fast. Only 10 days until Fall Break, though. Vegas here I come soon!

I Survived
We had a field trip for our Juniors today. I survived. It was very stressful because I am the Group Leader of my team of teachers for Juniors. I did a lot of the getting ready for the trip. Like setting up the lunches, which was the most stressful. We did it.
I was so scared because these are the same kids we tried to take on a field trip to a movie as Freshmen two years ago. Well, they stole candy and made a mess so we had to take them back to school without finishing the movie. I think this is where my anxiety came from; I was very worried they were going to again prove to the public mind that our students cannot do the right thing, that they are immature and cannot behave or learn. They did a wonderful job of doing what they needed to. They may have even earned another field trip for this year. Yipee!
I am tired. I am glad it is over and that I get to go to Burger Friday tonight. I also get to have a sleepover with my 5 year old friend, Aiden. We are camping out at his house with his mom. Should be a good time!
Chow!

Thursday Morning.
Creative title, eh?
I woke up and decided I should write. Last night I thought about blogging but it was ten-thirty and I was semi-conscious. I guess I am again semi-conscious, but I feel a little more coherent right now.
Not much happened yesterday. I did have a fun time in a co-workers classroom after school eating a fabulous Mexican pastry. Shule always hooks me up with this great treat. She found out I like them and now always thinks to buy me one whenever she is in a Mexican bakery. Yummy stuff. We took some crazy pictures. I hope you enjoy them. They are silly.
Well, today is going to be a long day. Parent-Teacher conferences are from 4-8pm. Makes for a long day. I do get to leave to play softball in the middle. I am lucky and feel kinda silly that my principal actually is letting me go. She is so nice to me. She said I should go because it is something I am passionate about. Nice!
Well, off to the long day. Later

The Last Day of September; The End of an Era
It is crazy. In with sheepdogs and out with not much to say. September seems to have gone pretty fast and what do you have to show for it? Were you more open seeing the theme of the month happened to be The Month of Openness? Yeah, me either. I just quickly scrolled through all my posts from the month. It was a pretty fine month, if you ask me.
Highlights? Yes, we had some. Here are a few: 1. Sheepdogs. Really no other words are needed for that 2. A few BBQs, including burgers to celebrate the start of the new season of The Office. Fantastic. 3. Three hikes in the wonderful Utah mountains. Man I like to hike! I also got to go with awesome friends all three times. I am so lucky. 4. A few softball games. I am lucky to still be playing. 5. Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. I have been craving them so much. Today, I thought about eating one, but then didn't feel like it. 6. The discovery of Soy Butter, an amazing alternative to peanut butter for those allergic to peanuts. I still need to bake cookies with it. 7. The Packers moving on without Brett Farve. Seemed to be fine the first two games. The last two games not so much. Rebuilding is hard business. 8. A new Alice going to bed before eleven and waking up at six. It is a good thing for me. Seems like it is becoming a part of me finally as I fall asleep on my couch at ten each night. 9. The death of tens of spiders(one tonight even). I think spiders in the house is my least favorite thing about Fall. Good thing Fall is so awesome in so many other ways to make up for the whole spider epidemic. 10. Bike rides. I have been riding the bike to school pretty much everyday. I also have been able to ride in the canyon and along the river trail to Utah Lake. Tonight I got to ride with my friend Anjai in Provo Canyon. It is beautiful in there right now. It was much better than the ride we had earlier when it was pitch black. So many bugs in my eyes and nose, yuck! 11. The Office one dollar goodies. So very good! 12. A wonderful two weekend with The Bills Family. Hurricane was an adventure and Kelsey was so very beautiful on her wedding day. 13. Many pranks on K from my own office. Man, that sure made going to work worth it everyday. I need to find something to do to make me motivated to be there. I have lost the motivation. 14. The bean bag chair is sold. That is the end an era. The first piece of furniture I ever bought for myself is now with a cute family in their new attic movie theatre. Luckies. The money is going into the Ipod Touch fund. No more wii fund. I thought I would use the Ipod more. Maybe one day I will get the wii. Who knows?
Well, I hope as you reflect you will have enjoyed a fabulous September. I hope you have woken up now that September has ended. That is a famous song by Greenday. I am always random. Cheers!
